Automation Test Lead

We are looking for an Automation Test Lead to join our growing company and form an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team.
You will need to be eager to learn and motivated to succeed.

Your focus will be mainly on our website and mobile application with the opportunity to work on some of our API integration as well.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency is a benefit but not a pre-requisite.
You will be required to learn the business and how you can directly contribute to our systems performing at an optimal level of quality for our users.
This role will be reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance and will be collaborating with a range of functions including Development, Marketing, Support and Operations teams.
Your key activities will include:
Designing and implementing test automation frameworksProviding thought leadership on testing automation tools and processesWorking closely with the technical teams to design, develop, execute and maintain automation scripts enabling and advocating an automation first approachDelivering and reporting on automation testing activitiesWorking with the Head of Quality Assurance to develop and implement a roadmap of technical improvement initiatives across testing frameworksCollaborating with delivery teams to implement User Interface test automation across web and mobile appsDriving change in the organisation on how automation testing is used to validate productsCreating and maintaining automated regression test cases, test data and test resultsYour technical skills PlaywrightGitLabJavaScript / TypeScriptFlutterDartAbout you Ideally 5+ years of experience within a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projectsPrior experience coaching and mentoring automation testers is essentialStrong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively communicate with other groups across the businessBeing fluent in the Russian language is extremely advantageous as our development team all have this as their first languageA keen eye for detail, an understanding of complex system integrations and the ability to identify potential points of failureExceptional organisational skills as this is required for the documentation of test cases, data and resultsAbility to identify testing pain points and assist with implementing improvements towards these areasExcel at collaborating with others to provide recommendations to the wider team regarding process changes; assisting with the drive of change implementation.Adept at providing recommendations and analytical expertise on enhancement requests raised and challenging these requests if necessaryOther skills which are ideal but not essential
