Lead the Growth of an Iconic Brand in WA as our State Leader
As Yo-Chi's WA State Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our national growth story, steering the performance, culture, and strategic direction of our Western Australian venues.
Yo-Chi is Australia's leading name in self-serve frozen yogurt, synonymous with innovation, community, and an unyielding commitment to excellence.
With ongoing expansion across the nation, we're seeking a senior leader to uphold and advance our standards of operational excellence, team performance, and brand prominence in WA.
The Opportunity:
In this senior leadership role, you will set the vision for Yo-Chi in Western Australia, building and empowering high-performing Area and Venue Leaders to drive Yo-Chi's growth.
With a strong emphasis on strategy, people development, and operational efficiency, you'll ensure each venue achieves both commercial success and the exceptional customer experience that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Own the strategic direction and operational success of WA venues, ensuring alignment with national goals and Yo-Chi's brand vision.Team Empowerment: Mentor, guide, and develop Area Leaders and Venue Leaders, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.Operational Excellence: Oversee financial performance, cost controls, and operational standards, with accountability for sales growth, profitability, and compliance.Brand Integrity: Champion Yo-Chi's reputation by upholding rigorous standards for customer service, product quality, and venue compliance.Community Engagement: Partner with marketing and local leaders to shape and execute impactful community engagement strategies that enhance Yo-Chi's footprint in WA. About You: A seasoned leader with 4+ years in multi-site leadership within food retail, QSR, or a similarly dynamic environment.You possess a strategic mindset, capable of balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day operational rigor.Known for your commitment to team development, you cultivate high-performing teams and foster a workplace culture that reflects Yo-Chi's values.You bring an agile, results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving commercial and customer service excellence.Be part of Yo-Chi's exciting growth in WA
