Our signature initiative, Qld Music Trails, pioneers music and cultural tourism by curating unforgettable experiences where renowned artists perform in breathtaking Queensland locations.About the OpportunityThe Head of Marketing is an integral role in the Marketing and Communications Department overseeing the ideation, development and delivery of all marketing strategies.
Alongside the peer role of Head of Media and Communications, this role leads the Marketing team with team management, campaign and project management, branding and implementation of activities within scope of marketing, content creation, promotions, advertising and communications.
Some key responsibilities include:Lead the marketing strategies, projects and policies, alongside the GM.Lead Audience Diversification projects.Provide strong leadership guidance, coaching and everyday support to the marketing team.Develop and own the processes and tools that lead to exemplary customer experience for cross-functional teams and delivery.Co-lead the brand strategy with the GM and Head of Media and Communications to evolve the brands, campaigns and stories.About YouYou are a dynamic strategic and operations leader, with a passion for creative problem solving, and thrive in a changing environment while effortlessly managing priorities and inspiring others to achieve clear goals.As an innovator, you are adept at thinking strategically while balancing day-to-day operations.A proven leader, guiding others on the journey and setting clear expectations.A deadline enthusiast with experience in managing competing priorities, you thrive on solving creative challenges.Degree qualified in a relevant field, with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of the media and communications landscape.Accomplished in branding, media, campaign and project management.What QMF offersPermanent role, full-time.4 days office and WFH Fridays.Inclusive and supportive work culture.Genuine scope to grow and develop your professional career.Contribute to a meaningful difference in regional and remote Queensland communities.Energy efficient building with access to gym and end-of-trip facilities.Employee Assistance Program and genuine social program.How to ApplySend an updated resume with a 1-page cover letter, sharing what interests you in joining #TeamQMF, and how you align with the 'About You' key selection criteria.
