We have an exciting opportunity for a State Manager to join our growing organisation.
The State Manager is responsible for the oversight of the state teams, including regional managers and clinicians, and is responsible for key areas of the business operation, including people, performance quality and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities Inspire, Coach and Develop your management team to shape culture and foster successMonitor and analyse team's achievement of quality standards and outcomes for clients.Oversight of state operations including budgeting, forecasting, professional development and achievement of strategic objectives.Create, promote and enhance an organisational culture based on the company valuesEstablish effective, collaborative and sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Provide financial guidance to managers in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targetsContribute to the development and achievement of organisational strategyAbout you A natural leader with a passion for empowering people to achieve their goals and maximizing their independenceExperience in leading and managing teams within the Allied Health sectorsStrong commercial acumen with an ability to drive business strategy and objectivesHold an approved degree in Allied HealthEligibility for registration with AHPRA, SPA ESSA AASWCurrent and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicleCulture We are a team of highly dedicated practitioners and recognise professionals known for our commitment to quality client service and our remaining true to our core values.
