Job Title: Allied Health Team LeaderLocation: Sunshine, MelbourneSalary: $120,000 + Super + NFP Salary PackagingOther Benefits: Fitness Passport, Corporate Healthcare, Leave Loading, Extra 5 Days LeaveAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Allied Health Team Leader to join our client's team based in Sunshine, Melbourne.
This exciting leadership role will give you the opportunity to support and develop a team of passionate professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners, while also engaging in business development activities to expand the brand and client base.This is a community-based role where you will work closely with adults, providing essential services that make a real difference in people's lives.
In addition to providing leadership and support to the team, you will play a key role in networking, growing the brand's visibility in the community, and sourcing a more permanent office space for the team in the future.For the right candidate, there is flexibility in the caseload.
