The opportunity The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist is the foremost expert of RPA at Regis and is responsible for researching, implementing and testing emerging opportunities within Regis to develop intelligent automation of processes using innovative automation tools and technologies.
The important role you'll play Providing subject matter expertise to wider Regis business.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders to deliver business objectives.Using UiPath to enhance business processes and operations.Maintaining and improving existing robots by monitoring, maintaining and ensuring their continued operation and identifying opportunities for efficiency elevation.Providing on-call support in case of disruptions or failures, and troubleshooting RPA platforms or solutions to recover services.Working with business SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete.Preparing technical and design artefacts (e.g.
PDD, SDD, solution code, etc.
), documents and deliverables within the defined roles and responsibilities.
Addressing automation requirements for solution design.Designing, building, testing and deploying using Intelligent Automation tools UiPath (RPA, Document Understanding, RE-Framework) and others.Creating solutions utilising best development practices.Collaborating on governance, architecture and technical aspects to ensure alignment of the solution with the long-term approach for the business.Troubleshooting application issues, reviewing and providing feedback to the final user documentation.Monitoring, scheduling, scaling and monitoring the balance load of the developed solution to meet agreed SLAs effectiveness with business units.Ensuring the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability for the implementation of proposed appropriate solution.What our people love about working here As a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
