Store Development Project Manager

Store Development Project Manager | Australia-VIC-Kew This role is part of the property team reporting to the Head of Property.
This role will include:
Overseeing project management for Stores, including planning, quoting, delivery, installation, and warranty/maintenance follow up Working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stores projects concurrently while ensuring projects are on time and budget Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders including leasing, buying/planning, VM, marketing, finance, store operations and IT Effectively managing external shop fitters, designers, and tradespeople – this is a hands-on role What experience do I have?
Project Management experience in retail or commercial fitouts Understanding of design and ability to provide creative solutions within budget but without compromising on quality Confident negotiation skills and ability to problem solve Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and specifications Team player with a willingness to put all hands on deck when necessary Benefits:
