We have over 275 employees worldwide.We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, APAC to join our successful, and growing, Global Sales Team.As a Regional Sales Manager, APAC you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Executives, focused on driving growth in our APAC Region.Key ResponsibilitiesReport directly to a VP of SalesEstablish a collaborative and metrics-driven sales cultureHire, develop, and coach a group of Sales Executives to meet revenue targets and growth goals whilst ensuring our culture and values remain at the core of our business.Work with marketing and Sales operations to proactively improve workflows & remove barriersBuild, monitor, and manage reports and dashboards in tools like Salesforce to provide feedback around the lead lifecycleManage success metrics to drive value throughout the enterprise sales funnelConsistently report on team/Individual results and drive feedback loops with internal constituentsLead weekly team meetings & call coaching sessions, prioritizing goals for your teamCultivate lasting customer relationships that enable you to identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and expand our footprint.Build and manage a team of high-performing enterprise sales executives that drive growth in our Enterprise Segment.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseExperienced Sales Leader, with a focus on SaaS Selling Experience.3+ years sales management experience2+ years SaaS experience in a relevant industry (preferably high-growth SaaS)Consistent track record of over-performanceStrong coaching skills for both inbound and outbound sales – consistently levelling up your teamUnderstand and implementing a winning sales cultureComfortable jumping in and working directly with the team when neededComfortable making decisions and implementing strategic objectives in a high-growth SaaS EnvironmentGreat work ethic with a passion for closing deals and building strong customer relationshipsComfortable operating in a scale-up cultureStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team oriented atmosphereExcellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle prioritiesStrong planning, writing, presentation and communication skillsFluent in EnglishWillingness to learn from colleagues and develop your sales career.BenefitsWe offer you a challenging job in a growing and truly global international SaaS company with a competitive compensation structure.
