Senior Maintenance Supervisor - ElectricalReference: 6700823This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Tullamarine. Working business hours, you will co-ordinate and manage the team of 6 technicians responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Materials Handling System and associated freight equipment.About The RoleReporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:Proactive day to day supervision of all operational activitiesEnsure the materials handling system is operational, issues are rectified safely, quickly and efficientlyAssist with managing the contracts budgetsMonitor and report on systems performanceAdministration and record keeping includes rostering and maintenance schedulingKeep up to date records on Health and SafetyAssist with effective and efficient management of a rostered team environmentMeasure and analyse shift, process and system performance against KPI'sAbout YouYour qualifications, experience and attributes will include:Trade or tertiary qualifications along with experiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experienceExperience in mechanical drives, including gearboxes, conveyor beltingExperience in pneumatics and hydraulics, including Solenoid Valves, cylinders and flow regulatorsSound technical understanding of automated control systems or high-speed processing environments would be highly beneficialExperience leading, motivating and delegatingSafety First approachAbout Daifuku OceaniaDaifuku Oceania is a subsidiary of Daifuku Japan, a global business with over 13,000 individuals worldwide, delivering material handling automation, self-service technology, and intralogistics solutions to our partners worldwide.
