Lucas TCS is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding maintenance team.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for those based in South Australia, with multiple locations available depending on your expertise and preferred location.
As a Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated maintenance crew, ensuring that all work is carried out to OEM specifications and meets site requirements.
This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in managing maintenance operations for heavy mobile earthmoving or mining equipment.
We are currently looking for candidates who are based in South Australia.
Our projects may require FIFO (Fly-In/Fly-Out) travel from Adelaide Airport, Ceduna, or Port Augusta, as well as DIDO (Drive-In/Drive-Out) to various projects across SA.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a mobile plant maintenance team in a civil or mining environment.Service, repair, and maintain heavy mobile earthmoving and mining plant to maximise equipment uptime and availability.Utilize strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Proficiently use computerised maintenance management systems for scheduling and reporting.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Lead and promote a strong safety culture within the team.Collaborate effectively with project management and client representatives to meet project goals.Key Requirements: Recent experience managing a mobile plant maintenance team in civil or mining industries.Expertise in the service and repair of heavy mobile earthmoving and mining machinery.Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.Must be willing and able to assist on the tools as needed.Experience with maintenance management software.Current HR Driver's License, EWP Ticket, Working at Heights, and White Card.Refrigerant Handling License and air conditioning repair experience.Thorough understanding of safe work practices and compliance documentation.Excellent leadership skills with a focus on safety and teamwork.If you are passionate about mobile plant maintenance and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you
