Recruitment Divisional Manager

Position SummaryThe Recruitment Divisional Manager will be responsible for building and leading a word class team of dedicated Engineering, Healthcare and Technology recruiters as part of an existing new project to create a Global Recruitment delivery hub in Manila.
Overseeing the full end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, managing internal stake holder relationships, and ensuring each consultant and team meets their operational and financial targets.
This role involves fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with our onshore Recruitment teams in Australia, the US and the UK, and delivering an exception service to our valued clients at every stage of the recruitment process.Job Details: Eastwood Libis, QC (On-site) Monday to Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM (Manila Time) Following Australian Public HolidaysResponsibilities:Team LeadershipHire, Lead and motivate a team of delivery focused recruiters to achieve targets.Provide coaching, mentorship, and conduct performance reviews.Design and implement training programs to develop team skills and empower team members to achieve their career goals.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Recruitment ManagementOversee the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients.Maintain a robust network of candidates to meet client needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Client Relationship ManagementManage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.Collaborate with Australian teams to understand client needs.Identify opportunities to expand key accounts.Business and Financial ManagementManage divisional finances, ensuring profitability.Develop and execute strategic plans to meet GP targets.Allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.Monitor team KPIs and implement improvement strategies.Company RepresentationUphold and promote company values in all interactions.Inspire team performance through effective communication.Plan for team development and succession.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering and/or healthcare sectors.Minimum of 5 years managing recruitment teams with a successful track record.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing profit & loss and exceeding divisional GP targets.Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems.Skills and Competencies:Recruitment Expertise: Business management, talent pooling, client management, job matching.Leadership Skills: Financial and resource management, strategic planning, people development.Behavioral Competencies: Proactive approach, effective communication, alignment with company values.Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to multitask.Team Development: Commitment to mentoring and developing team members.#J-18808-Ljbffr
