Please let us know if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process so we can support you to present your best self.Your RoleAs the Divisional Finance Officer – Consumer Lines (ANZ), you will be responsible for all Consumer Lines product management reporting functions including reviewing the profit and loss, coordinating forecasting and annual planning processes, month-end close, monthly reporting pack, Finance business partnering, local and regional monthly reporting requirements, and Production Metrics monitoring and reporting, providing financial advice and insights.Your ResponsibilitiesWork closely with key business Stakeholders, Consumer Lines Product Managers, and Regional Consumer Divisional Finance Managers.Work closely with the ANZ FPA, Reinsurance, and external reporting teams.Manage financial Forecasts and Annual Plan preparation on Chubb's financial system within deadlines, including uploading numbers onto TM1.Assist regional consumer team with annual 5-Years Strategy Plan preparation requirements.Perform monthly production, acquisition, losses, and expense variance analysis for forecast and actuals.Preparation of various regional reports and commentary relating to financials (Finreview, Premium roll-forward (PRF), Early view, Business Activity Metrics, etc.).Develop a suite of reports to proactively and effectively manage the Consumer Lines financial management requirements.Ensure Regional reporting requirements are understood and are delivered within the agreed timelines.Assist ANZ Consumer Lines product managers to effectively manage their P&L's and communicate areas of concern and potential improvement.Manage any external reporting requirements within agreed timelines.Conduct yearly XOL treaties reviews in conjunction with the product leaders and the reinsurance team.Work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth month-end close.Support product owners with the loading and maintenance of TM1.Your Skills & ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance, and/or other related business degrees.CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.5+ years of related practical experience preferably in the commercial insurance sector.Good communication and presentation skills.Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik, TM1 PCW, Peoplesoft, and Alteryx.Strong analytical skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to access data stored in warehouses and interrogate it efficiently.Highly skilled at communicating ideas, issues, and other complex scenarios to all areas of the organisation, from Senior Management to team members.We offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
