We are currently seeking experiencedMechanical Supervisors to join our Team based onsite for a Turnaround event in Central Queensland commencing at the beginning of January 2025.
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering high quality project services to the client and provide supervision and coordination as directed by the Turnaround Superintendents, Project Manager and the client.
Key responsibility areas Ensure correct material, machinery, equipment and personnel are available and suitable for completion of workResponsibility that Leading Hands and labour are suitably trained and possess the necessary skills to undertake their designated responsibilitiesAssessment of risks and hazards involved in tasks, and methods to manage the hazards to prevent incidents, injury and damageMaintain daily timesheets for labour and equipmentPlan and coordinate resources and equipment for the TAR and conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective mannerEnsure that the quality requirements of the client are adhered to and that Company procedures are followedAbout You · Relevant Trade Certificate of qualifications
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
· Experience in maintenance or shutdown projects
· Experience working in a major hazard facility
Solid communication and written skills with the ability to establish clear lines of control and delegationBe approachable and tactful with good time management skillsStrong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team membersComputer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and OutlookWhat we offer · Diverse opportunities to grow, back yourself and achieve
