About DS Site formerly QIN
DS Site tackles construction's biggest challenges: chaotic site management, costly rework, and compliance hurdles.
Construction projects generate tons of data; safety protocols, resource tracking, progress updates but managing it all can be a headache.
DS Site centralises this critical information, enabling faster, smarter decisions and helping teams keep projects on time and within budget.
We work with a diverse range of clients, from legacy clients with complex, tailored solutions to new customers using our pre-configured SaaS products aimed at domestic builders and trades.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the go-to contact for DS Site/QIN customers, partners, and internal teams, providing guidance and technical solutions day-to-day.
You'll have the chance to support both our established, complex solutions for legacy clients as well as our new pre-configured SaaS products for domestic builders and trades.
This role is a unique opportunity to grow your customer service skills and work with a team committed to improving the industry.
What You'll Do

Serve as the main contact for DS Site/QIN customers, partners, and internal teams, handling questions and finding ways to enhance their experience with our platform.
Manage customer calls and support tickets, ensuring each inquiry is efficiently resolved.
Provide after sales and rollout support, guiding customers to the answers they need.
Regularly check in with partners, customers, and their teams to see if additional training is needed to maximise their use of our systems and products.
Encourage collaboration and build positive connections between partners, customers, and the Deep Space team.
Build strong, trusting relationships with everyone you support.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and product knowledge through continuous learning.
