About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Manager based in the Northwest Region, specifically in Truganina.
If you are enthusiastic and passionate about creating new business opportunities and offering value-added solutions to exceed customer expectations, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills while working with a great team of professionals to build and enhance a long-term rewarding career in the HVAC industry.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Develop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotas Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs Provide updated sales promotions information to customers Keep abreast of the market and understand our competitive advantages Provide inputs and assistance in pricing models, quotations, and product improvements Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry.
To be successful in this role:
Experience delivering client-focused solution selling Proven ability in multi-account management, with strong attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and influencing skills Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable, but not necessary Current driver's license If you are experienced in an engineering sales organization with a proven track record in customer account management and wish to advance your career in a highly successful company, we want to hear from you
