Housekeeping Supervisor

Open to International applicants with valid Canadian Work permits: YesResponsibilities:
Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire Hotel.
Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards.
Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
Handle guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services.
Report all maintenance issues.
Participate in departmental & leadership meetings.
Follow proper privacy and security procedures.
Provide support to the Facilities Manager with any additional duties.
Perform cleaning, deep cleaning, and laundry duties as required.
QualificationsProven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, including laundry & deep clean.
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Problem solving and decision making.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be available every weekend & statutory holiday, for shifts up to 8h, as early as 8AM, and as late as 6:30PM.
