Aramex Brisbane is looking for an Internal Accounts Manager to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting key business executives and stakeholders.About the CompanyAramex is a Global Provider of comprehensive Logistics and Transportation Solutions with a presence in over 65 countries and growing rapidly.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment for all employees and adopt the philosophy that great performance comes from great people.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Maintaining the Sales Revenue and portfolio of accounts & customers.Improve upon existing relationships with key portfolio customers.Continual focus on retention strategies with major customers.Facilitate the support and service required between all key stakeholders.Act as an overall contact and escalation point beyond the customer service support team.Align all key financial objectives to management objectives.Report on all operational performances achieved with the major accounts' customer base.Liaise regularly on all rates, services & opportunities provided to the major accounts.Manage and monitor all credit provided and further requests received by major account customers to ensure finance guidelines are adhered to.Provide any reporting requirements required for major account to streamline reporting and data to major account customers.Operate as a lead point of contact for clients.Strive to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Develop a trust relationship with key customers & stakeholders.Skills and required experience:Previous work experience in sales, account management, or relevant experience.Intermediate computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.Excellent communication skills; must be a listener and a people-person.Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client contracts.Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account.Brisbane geographical knowledge.Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.Transport knowledge.If you think this would be a great opportunity for you, please apply today by submitting your CV.Due to the volume of applications for this role, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
