GS Growth seeks to partner with visionary founders and CEOs to build enduring, category-defining businesses by harnessing the global network and deep industry expertise of Goldman Sachs.
Our Infrastructure Investment Group seeks to invest capital in infrastructure businesses across a range of sub-sector geographies.
Through our Sustainability and Impact Investing initiatives, we find innovative commercial solutions that address social and civic challenges in communities.

Examples of responsibilities include:
Meeting and liaising with target company management teams and foundersDeveloping investment thesesSourcing new investment opportunitiesResearching and assessing domestic & global marketsBuilding financial investment modelsCoordinating with GS domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors, and banksPresenting in investment committeeParticipating in deal structuring and investment documentationBuilding and maintaining relationships with management teams and partnersManaging portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgetingQualifications Highly motivated commercial team player to be integrally involved in all aspects of private equity investing.
The ideal candidate has passion and curiosity about investing, as well as strong accounting/finance, team management, and business assessment skills.
Other criteria include:
More than 7 years experience across consulting, banking or investing with at least 3 years of investing experienceCommercially savvy investor mindset and ability to self-direct, evaluate and form independent judgmentsTeam player with positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energyHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent process management skills and ability to manage upwardDemonstrated proactiveness and ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industriesStrong technical skills in financial analysis, research, financial model buildingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, intermediaries, and global stakeholdersDeep experience in financial statement analysis and financial modelingClose attention to detailStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationAbsolute integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgmentABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital, and ideas to help our clients, shareholders, and the communities we serve to grow.
