This dynamic and busy role has an immediate start and will utilise your experience in emergency response and rescue offering rewarding career opportunities with a work-life balance.
As an integral part of the emergency response team, you will be first response to all incidents and emergencies during shift, returning the site to a safe and harmonious state post incident.
Return flights to Brisbane or Cairns, meals and accommodation are provided.
You will have the ability to:
Respond to a range of emergency situations including but not limited to, fire activations, road crash rescues, vertical rescues, confined space rescues, hazardous material incidents and medical treatment situations Maintain all emergency vehicles and equipment Conduct all random drug and alcohol testing Participate in emergency response skills maintenance training Requirements
Australian Driver's License - Open Manual - Heavy Rigid RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid Security Licensed pursuant to the Security Providers Act 1993 (QLD) HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary resuscitation HLTPAT005 Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing Current up to date immunizations - Tetanus, Hep A & B Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite Master licence number - 3582069
