What you do:As a Backend Developer, you will be working as part of a cross-functional technology team and providing thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure the highest quality and fit-for-purpose for our platforms.
You will also be accountable for building products in line with the technology strategy and product roadmaps.
This includes making collaborative decisions on technology stack, design patterns, and overall technical strategy for your domain.You will be a practitioner level digital software engineer in your respective domain and have the technical ability to observe/analyse software engineering/development practices and drive the practice maturity and capability uplift.This role is suitable for a development practitioner with solid commercial experience in designing, developing, and running complex systems, to play a pivotal role in the company-wide digital transformation.
