Responsibilities: Promote, develop and extend the sales of Company's Commercial & Industrial range, including setting local and national product strategy and overseeing its implementation.
Manage budgets and achieve turnover targets, including minimum margins for the category.
Take responsibility for all sales of the product lines in the Commercial & Industrial division.
Conduct sales analysis.
Manage warehouse stock levels, including forecasting, stock ordering, and managing aged inventory.
Review and monitor pricing, update as required, and distribute to the business.
Support Area Sales Managers in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
Analyze the market and competitors.
Identify key target sectors/industries to focus on.
Manage negotiations and commercial offers.
Negotiate trading terms of new customers and review credit limits with major accounts.
Service and support existing customer accounts.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Occasional travel is required.
