As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in requirement elicitation, analysis, and process reengineering.
Your expertise will guide our teams in delivering high-quality solutions that align with our business goals.

What you'll be doing? Utilise requirement elicitation techniques such as discovery workshops, brainstorming, and prototyping to gather and refine business requirements.Conduct comprehensive analyses, including AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP analysis, feasibility assessments, opportunity evaluations, and cost-benefit analysis.Perform data analysis and mapping as part of Integration/Interface solution delivery.Apply both Agile and Waterfall software delivery methods to ensure successful project execution.Leverage documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, and presentation/collaboration tools like Miro, Draw.io, Visio, and MS PowerPoint.Drive process reengineering initiatives primarily in Supply Chain.Deliver complex enterprise-scale projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Stay current with emerging technology trends and their potential business impacts.Manage the requirements lifecycle proficiently, ensuring clarity and completeness.Utilize Agile BA techniques such as story mapping, user story-epic mapping, and the INVEST criteria.Understand the software development lifecycle and quality processes, applying them effectively to projects.To be successful in the role you'll have: At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in IT projects.Strong Supply Chain Domain knowledge and experience (WMS, TMS) is a must.Experience with integration or interface solution delivery, and knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies.Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise-scale projects, preferably using Agile methods.Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of current and emerging technological trends.Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and fast-paced work environment.Possess data skills, including data flow analysis and data analysis capabilities.Proficient in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.Benefits we'll offer you: Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex When, Flex Well policy.A team member discount card that gives you a discount at Kmart, Target, Bunnings, and Officeworks.A free OnePass membership offering free delivery across Kmart, Target & Catch on eligible products.Access to the Kmart for You benefits program which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health – with over 60 suppliersWe want you to feel rewarded for your commitment and hard work that's why everyone gets the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.Free onsite parking when you're required to come into the office.We offer inclusive parental leave and ongoing support offered through our partnership with Circle In for team members of all backgrounds and family circumstances.A dynamic learning and support program.Opportunity to fast track your career through our Mentor Program as a Mentee or Mentor.Reflection room, space for prayer, meditation, or time for yourself.Kudos recognition program, where you are nominated by your peers to spin a wheel, to win a stack of cool prizes.Regular product sample sales with tonnes of discounted items to purchase.Wesfarmers is Kmart's parent company and each year eligible employees can elect to purchase shares through a salary sacrifice arrangement.Great career opportunities across the broader Wesfarmers Group.We're here to make everyday living brighter From humble beginnings in Burwood East, Victoria, in 1969, we're now an essential part of 300 communities, and proud of it
