We're proud of the benefits we offer which support work/life balance and professional growth and development.Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) manages a diverse range of tasks requiring problem solving, discretion and operational excellence. Working across a dynamic and fast-paced portfolio, we require an experienced professional to support the CMO's strategic priorities.Duties include:Provision of confidential and professional secretarial support to the CMODiary management - organise and manage the CMO's diary and appointmentsPreparation and distribution of correspondence and processing of mailEnsure appropriate information is to hand prior to meetingsPrioritise all tasks appropriately, utilising time management techniques to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a prompt and professional mannerComplete all word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and database management in a professional mannerOrganise and book all approved travel and accommodation for CMORegister CMO staff for attendance at seminars, workshops and training coursesAssist with set up of seminars - book venues, flights & accommodationOrganise function bookings and liaise with venueLiaise with Executives and Managers as requiredAttend meetings, record minutes and prepare matters arising documents as requiredMaintain training and development and other registers as requiredReconciliations of credit cards, processing of accounts/invoices and reimbursement processingUndertake a cost-conscious approach to expense management, external utilisation of venues and service providers to achieve departmental budgets and optimise value for money where appropriateDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills and experience:Possess advanced level skills, knowledge and experience in the practical application of Microsoft Office applications including Word, database management, Excel, Desktop publishing and OutlookDemonstrated experience of at least two years in providing high level administrative support and sound understanding of managing a corporate officeDemonstrated ability to prepare high quality correspondence to external partiesAccurate and efficient typing skills with experience in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and presentation softwareAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to display a professional demeanourExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage one's own time and the time of othersProactive and meticulous work approach with a high level of attention to detailAbility to remain calm and focused under pressureWe look forward to your application.
