Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Perform pre-work checks and complete check-sheetsConduct maintenance and repairs on essential service equipmentPerform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectivelyMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any deficienciesCollaborate with team members to coordinate work and meet deadlinesDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat makes you stand out We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their experience in HVAC service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
Relevant Trade qualification (Dual Trade Air Conditioning and Electrical desired)Experience in Essential ServicesExperience in Commissioning of Smoke Management SystemsThorough understanding of AS1851-2012 Section 13Reasonable understanding of AS1668Exceptional communication skillsExceptional time managementCulture Most importantly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy, and Success.
