This full-time role will be based in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.What you'll be doingManage and oversee all bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient serviceDevelop and implement strategies to maximise bar sales and profitabilityRoster and manage bar staff, providing training and development opportunitiesMaintain a high level of stock control and inventory managementEnsure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulationsLiaise with the food and events teams to provide a seamless customer experienceContribute to the overall success and growth of the clubWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (3+ years) in a similar Bar Manager or senior bar/hospitality roleStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional experiencesProficient in stock control, inventory management and financial reportingThorough knowledge of Australian and International winesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceWhat we offerCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career advancement within the organisationDiscount on club membership and facilitiesAbout usPeninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club is a premier golf and country club located in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.
