About the Role As a Personal Assistant to the Executive General Manager (EGM), you'll provide top-notch support and coordination for the EGM and the Strategic Enablement Leadership Team within Retail Insurance Australia.
You'll handle various administrative tasks, from managing schedules and travel to preparing documents and organizing meetings.
You'll need to be highly organized, able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Building strong relationships within the team and with external stakeholders is key.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, and it's a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days a week.
