Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
Ensure adherence to industry rules, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide clear direction and support to team, fostering a professional work environment.
Monitor performance to deliver high-quality products and services on time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare regular financial and operational reports.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase market share and expand service offerings.

Qualifications Proven experience in the transport industry with specific knowledge of branch management.
A deep understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and freedom from risk of error in operations.
Strong communication skills to provide clarity on tasks and duties to the team.
Proficient in MS Office required, and logistics management software highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
HR license or willing to obtain if successful.
Forklift license required.
