Site Supervisor

We are a boutique residential and commercial builder based in Melbourne with a diverse portfolio which includes custom luxury homes and unique commercial projects.
An opportunity has come up for a Supervisor / Foreman to join the team.
We are seeking someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from the ground up and who takes pride in everything they do and is looking for a progressive career path.
We will invest in your development to master your skills while working in a positive environment.
The right person would be able to take on the role with full rigour and is willing to take ownership of the projects and facilitate the delivery process from different aspects.
You will also work closely with the Project Manager who will assist with programming and provide project support to ensure you are able to run a highly productive site.
The Applicant You must have the legal right to work in Australia.
To be considered for this role you will also have:
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working on detailed custom projects Minimum 2 - 3 years supervising and running projects.
Previous experience with Basements & Lifts preferred but not necessary Tenacity, Drive & Accountability Relentless with implementing and enforcing OH&S and Site Safety Ability to take ownership and drive your team to meet the program An eye for detail and ability to produce a high standard of quality work Someone who is highly organised Interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with everyone involved Competently read and follow engineering and architectural plans Have an ability to follow precise direction The ability to work unsupervised Be pro-active rather than re-active Required Licences and Certifications Red or White card Must have own vehicle Driver's licence Knowledge of Workplace, Occupational Health and Safety regulations Your application will include the following questions:
