While a small group of large enterprises enjoy the privilege of financial solutions tailored for their specific needs, the vast majority of Australian businesses are underserved.About the roleJob Description: As our AML Compliance Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our AML compliance strategy and execution as we scale. You'll be exposed to cutting-edge financial crime technology, lead multiple compliance streams, and deliver important projects. Being part of a fast-growing scale-up, you will juggle strategic and hands-on tasks whilst empowering your team of 7.What you'll be responsible forDevelop and implement processes and controls to manage and mitigate risks.Regulatory Compliance Guidance.Provide guidance and support for clients on compliance with laws and regulations.Client Communication and Relationship Building.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services.Skills you'll needCompares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Critical thinking.Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.Problem solving.Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
