You will work FIFO to the Pilbara with a long-established customer supporting their contract to supply hard and soft facilities management services for a large mining camp.Your role will be to:Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) functionLead and manage the on-site Safety Team and ensure best practice and contractual obligationsEngage and support the client on-site through safety leadership, operations and reportingDevelop, review and maintain the safety management systems across HSEQ policies, plans, procedures and statutory requirements.Promote a strong safety culture among all levels of the organisation through communication, training, and positive recognition of safety achievements.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:Minimum Certificate IV in WHSLead i-Cam Investigator qualificationsLeadership experience is essential for this rolePrevious experience in Facilities / Property Management will be highly regardedBackground in FIFO arrangements to ensure a seamless integration into camp lifeAbility to FIFO and work either an 8/6 roster or a 4/3SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESSEffective leadership capabilities with a strong background in leading safety initiativesAbility to take ownership and work autonomously while effectively collaborating with teamsStrong customer focus, capable of gaining trust, credibility, and confidence from clientsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental managementDemonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to drive tasks to completionAPPLYThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic team.
