The exciting opportunity: Report into the General Manager of CommunityOperational management of a 150 unit retirement village and community centre, 30kms South-East of Perth's CBDDevelop excellent relationships with the local community, promoting the services and building a sound reputation to achieve maximum occupancyProvide superb customer service, responding to feedback and complaintsInstigate and introduce continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services meet governing legislation and accreditation standardsManage the budgets of the village and community centre increasing revenue and controlling expenditureManage and lead two internal staff, contractors, and volunteersCoordinate the maintenance and refurbishments of the independent living unitsWhat makes this great: Avoid corporate bureaucracy and red tape and have your voice heard at a small aged care providerBe part of a fantastic company culture where honesty, collaboration, and kindness are at the forefrontGreat job satisfaction – help the elderly maintain their independence and quality of lifeBe guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation, and career advice$90k + super + salary packagingAbout you: Proven track record in a Retirement Village Manager or Coordinator roleSound understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and Code of ConductSuperb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; able to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clear boundariesMust be a visible and collaborative leader with a passion for embodying and promoting the vision and values of the organisationKind, empathetic, honest, and with a can-do attitudeWhat next:If this sounds right for you, contact Kamala immediately on or email your CV to .
