Project Delivery - Multiple roles BAs, PMs, Data Analyst, Test Managers At bdna, we exist to improve society.

We have multiple Health related projects in the pipeline and would like applicants of all levels to apply (please nominate which role you would like to apply for in the subject line).

Who we need
Business Analysts will work closely with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, analyse processes and propose solutions to improve healthcare services.
Facilitate the alignment of IT solutions with business needs and contribute to process optimisation and workflow improvement initiatives.
Project Managers will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Manage project plans, resources, risks, and communication with key stakeholders to ensure that healthcare projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
Test Managers will oversee quality assurance processes for healthcare technology solutions.
Design and manage test plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure the successful validation and verification of healthcare software and systems, guaranteeing high standards of quality and compliance.
Data Analysts will focus on extracting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to provide actionable insights.
Support decision making through data modeling, reporting, and predictive analytics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for improved patient outcomes and operational performance.
These roles require exceptional problem solving skills, including finding innovative and efficient solutions to complex issues and the ability to resolve these issues with efficiency and precision.

What you've got
Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Strong outcome focus.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
Proven ability to work in a small team with a shared goal, being able to use your time management skills to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic, complex integrated environment.
Excellent adaptability to different organisations and ways of working.
For BAs
Excellent technical writing ability and fully proficient in MS-Office suite including Visio.
Ability to understand, conceptualise and verbalise solutions.
Experience in producing business requirements in complex environments.
Strong written and verbal communications skills including large group facilitation and presentations.
For PMs
Practical experience within Agile and Waterfall environments.
Excellent adaptability to different organisations and ways of working.
Full understanding of the software development and project lifecycle.
For Test Managers
Experience in testing in an Agile environment to deliver Quality solutions (including System, Integration, Acceptance, Usability testing).
Extensive experience in software test and quality practices e.g.
preparing test artefacts (including test plans, test cases, test summary reports, defects).
For Data Analysts
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python).
ETL processes - use of ETL frameworks.
Knowledge of integration formats.
Microsoft Data and Analytics Suite of products, both on-prem and Azure.

Qualifications/Certifications
Degree in Health, Information Technology or related field according to role, or equivalent commercial experience.
CHIA Certification.
Must be in Australia and an Australian citizen.
Current Baseline or NV1 clearance highly desirable.
The ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
