This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile: We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced candidates for the position of Imaging Clerk to join the Medical Imaging team.
This role is located in Nedlands at Perth Children's Hospital, the sole dedicated children's hospital for Western Australia.
Our Imaging Clerks work within the Medical Imaging Department, which provides tertiary-level diagnostic and interventional imaging to support emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services at PCH.
The position of Imaging Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Medical Imaging Department, managing patient scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between medical staff and families.
This role is vital in ensuring that each child's imaging experience is seamless and supportive.
The successful applicants will have good interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to effectively organise and prioritise activities.
A supportive team will provide a warm welcome along with training in systems and processes.
Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children, and young people.
CAHS consists of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
