Job Description
Be uniquely you, come as you are Great opportunity in our state leadership team We value our people As the Transport Manager , you will manage Endeavour Group's last mile delivery, sortation centres and transport requests in Queensland.

Leading a team of up to 10, you'll also be responsible for safety standards, chain of responsibility and RSA compliance for the Group's fulfilment and delivery operations in your state.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Lead and grow the relationship across our driver fleet and warehouse team.
Understand performance against the daily and weekly scorecard and drive action to improve or update on operational performance.
Be proactive and own investigations and develop action plans to improve DIFOT.
Be the go-to person for all day to day operations, sortation, warehouse teams.
Manage the delivery and financial targets for the transport and warehouse operations.
Be responsible for safety standards, chain of responsibility (CoR) and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) compliance for Endeavour's Fulfilment and Delivery Operations.
Maintain the business in safety, compliance and ethical resourcing for the last mile fleets.
Support supply chain strategic initiatives by providing insight and recommendations based on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Now let's talk about you:
3+ years of team leadership and management experience in store fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence.
Strong understanding of compliance and workplace safety requirements; knowledge of RSA compliance for alcohol delivery would be advantageous.
Proficient with delivery driver lifecycle management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.
Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse operational team.
