You will have the opportunity to build and manage relationships with salon owners, stylists, and business partners across your territory.

As a Business Development Consultant (BDC) representing Kevin Murphy, your priority and focus will be on the brands Kevin Murphy and Color.Me by Kevin Murphy.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Sales Manager, you will successfully grow our client base, foster strong relationships with salon owners and stylists, and drive sales with both our Kevin Murphy stylist and professional colour range by:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Educating clients on the features and benefits of our products, providing demonstrations and training sessions as needed.Maintaining monthly call cycle to ensure all clients' expectations are met.Meeting and exceeding monthly budgets.Ensuring clients are within trading terms & following up on outstanding payments.To be successful: An interest or background in haircare is beneficial but not required.
