Club X is the industry leader in Australia in the adult product and service industry. Club X has been operating for over 40 years and has established a very strong identity in the market place.Currently, there are over 20 Club X retail stores operating across 3 states. Club X also operates its own online e-commerce store. Continued expansion is planned.Club X is proudly Australian owned and operated.Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ballarat store. The ideal candidate will manage staff, sales, inventory, and customer service. The shop-based Retail Manager will report to the Retail Operations Manager and work closely with the broader management team to ensure success.Retail Award Pay Rates apply, with the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus and sales commission.Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they meet company standards and goals.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demands.Ensure that customer service standards are met, and that customer complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute promotions and events to drive sales.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.Manage cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded and documented.Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and security.Desirable skills for this position are:Friendly disposition, professional, reliable, and flexible attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.Initiative, drive, and a willingness to be an active member of the team.Resilience and a calm approach in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.A strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.Similar experience ideally in retail sales.APPLY NOW if you want to work for a dynamic business that is committed to its staff and customers.
