North West Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will provide key administration support to Grounds Operations and assist in the effective running of the department.
This position will be accountable for assisting the operations team in all aspects of operational support, systems and process training and financial data.
Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administration support to the Grounds and Landscape Operations team, including managing emails, compiling timesheets, and preparing correspondence and reports.Data Management: Gather and input critical operational and financial data (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, delivery dockets) and generate reports for managers.Procurement & Quotations: Coordinate materials procurement, subcontractors, and assist in preparing accurate quotations and customer payment claims.Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Communicate and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, handling inquiries and updates on job status.Systems & Training Support: Update software systems, prepare site diagrams, assist with IT and process training for field staff, and implement system updates.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare key customer reports (e.g., KPI, budget, WIP), assist with staff inductions, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.Essential Requirements: Right to work in AustraliaExperience in Contracts AdministrationProficiency in computer systemsExcellent verbal and written English skillsHighly Desirable: Experience in budgets and financial managementStrong stakeholder management skillsOur Team & Culture: Discover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
