What you'll be doing Join the Western Renal Service as a Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner, delivering expert care to dialysis patients across diverse settings.
Provide autonomous, evidence-based care, including advanced health assessments and diagnostics.
Lead complex case management and multidisciplinary care planning.
Support patients and families through education, counseling, and symptom management.
Foster person-centered care, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
Maintain professional documentation and adhere to health policies and risk management protocols.

Essential Criteria: Qualification: Master of Nursing Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered Nurse Division 1 Selection Criteria: Demonstrated expert knowledge and application of skill required in contemporary Renal nursing practice, including expert knowledge and skills in patient assessment and treatment.
Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Qualifications that qualify to be endorsed by the Board as Nurse Practitioner or in process of attaining same.
Demonstrated excellent leadership, teaching and collaborative skills with evidence of participation in research/quality activities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Member of a relevant professional body (College of Nursing), Royal college of Nursing, College of Nursing Australia, Renal Society of Australasia, Australian College of Nurse Practitioners.
Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence.
