Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Permanent Full Time Concierges to join the team in Sydney Airport.
As a Concierge, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers and contribute to the successful operation of our location.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming customersShowing customers to their rented vehicle and explaining all essential features of the vehicleEnsuring customer expectations of the rented vehicle are met by accommodating any requests and needsProactively communicating any customer feedback to Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfactionEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standardInspecting and recording vehicle damage when the rented vehicle is returnedExplaining the Exit Rental Process to customersSafely transporting customers and their luggage between the Terminals and our OfficeComplying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policyQualificationsFlexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills and/or experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (desirable)Current Unrestricted Full Open Driver's Licence (mandatory)Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
