The use of Apple devices in the enterprise is growing rapidly.
Drawing on decades of experience in Apple IT, we saw a dire need for a modern Apple device management platform that could accommodate growing businesses and increasing regulatory demands.
About the roleThe Opportunity As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for the success of our customers.
As a Trusted Advisor with deep product knowledge and empathy, you'll understand customers' business objectives and align them with product capabilities.
You'll lead end-user training and enablement initiatives, conduct customer onboardings and business reviews.
What you'll be responsible forAdvocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.Support customers to gain value from the product/service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice.Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.Skills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.Learning agility: Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.Problem solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
