These customers are highly regarded by the business, and it is therefore imperative we deliver a seamless, signature experience to them in each and every interaction.
Your role as Premier Banker Manager will give you the opportunity to influence the future of this division.
This is a superior Banker offering, and as such, we are seeking high performers with ambition, charisma, and a genuine appetite to uncover great outcomes
You will be joining the Premier Banking, Relationships division which brings about exciting change and adaptability to better serve our valued customers.

You new role awaits……. In the role of Manager Premier Relationships you are our home lending Manager of a Team in Metro Perth.
Day to day you will:
Use superior relationship and coaching skills to achieve business goals through the leadership of people and other key stakeholders including the development of quality internal and external networks.Ensure consistent and professional leadership and deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating actions and behaviours consistent with NAB Corporate Principles and Compliance StandardsAccountable for the effective deployment of resources within their appointed area including career/succession planning, staff leave management & recruitment/selection activities.Identify LAM opportunities and implement action plans to ensure the overall growth of the businessInfluence a team to work at the peak of their performance standards, bringing in prospects, sales and referrals and to create a superior customer experienceActively represent the company with accountability for enhancing NAB profile and reputation within target markets and the communityManage operational & legislative risk effectively and have a genuine focus on continuous improvement and executional excellenceUnderstand key business drivers in order to lead and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability and product penetrationPlease refer to the role purpose statement for a comprehensive description of this role. - Strong coaching and mentoring skills in providing on-going feedback, training, development, and support to strengthen and enhance skills & knowledgeProven experience in successfully leading a team operating in a franchise-like environment, or possesses the capability to quickly adapt to leading a team to operate successfully in such an environment - Manage the commercial viability of the appointed area e.g.
understanding of profit and loss drivers, analysing a balance sheet, etcConsistently high levels of individual performance and the ability to know how to get that performance from a diverse team.We are looking for Candidates with… 8+ years experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer serviceTertiary qualification in a business related discipline preferredRelevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditationA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone At NAB, we're intent on building a culture we can all be proud of.
