About the Role ConnectSydney , a joint venture of ServiceStream , Boral , and Johnson Controls , in partnership with Transport for NSW, is entrusted with the management of the Harbour Zone.

The position will be based out of our office in Rockdale, NSW.

About The Role In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all configuration activities on the contract including updating all configuration items and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in the process.
Key responsibilities: Coordinating configuration activities as per the approved Management Plan and relevant TfNSW standards and updating on the relevant management system.
Recording minutes of all Network Assurance Committee meetings and coordinating various teams to ensure that configuration Activities are being assigned to the relevant stakeholder and being closed out in a timely manner.
Maintaining the data and providing suggestions in how the configuration management can be improved.
Identifying improvements in record keeping capabilities to meet internal and external requirements.
Assisting the Configuration Manager in the response of Asset Management Briefs (AMB), including the coordination of pricing, forecasting of tactical works for the assets, and communication and handover of the AMB requirements to various stakeholders in ConnectSydney.
Providing timely reports to the Configuration Manager of key project deliverables.
About You: Our ideal candidate will have: Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering is highly desirable.
Understanding of quality assurance processes relevant to specifications/standards in construction and/or engineering.
Understanding of Asset Management principles is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills – understanding of data standards, database structures and how they operate.
Advanced Excel skills.
