You'll oversee project design and delivery across our national property portfolio, primarily focusing on our vibrant retail spaces, with opportunities to engage in corporate initiatives.Your day to dayCurious about what you'll be doing? Here's a glimpse into a day in the role:Elevate Retail Standards: Manage and enhance our retail design standards to ensure a consistent Medibank experience.Innovate and Collaborate: Launch new design trials alongside the retail channels team to keep us ahead of the curve.Engage Stakeholders: Influence retail and regional managers during the design phase, ensuring alignment with our operating model.Advise on Leases: Provide expert guidance to our lease team, translating the Medibank new store brief into lease agreements for new locations.Project Management: Take charge of your own projects, leveraging external resources to deliver on scope, budget, and timelines, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.Risk Management: Anticipate project dependencies and risks, driving proactive solutions to keep everything on track.Streamline Processes: Implement and monitor our standard retail store delivery process for maximum efficiency.Keep Everyone Informed: Regularly update stakeholders on project status and progress.Now, let's talk about youYou're a customer-focused professional with a knack for delivering top-notch results.With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, you're all about maximizing capital investment and driving continuous improvement.You will have strong experience in independently delivering projects in a fast-paced, retail environment working and delivering multiple projects at multiple phases concurrently.You also have a proven ability to deliver projects in medium/large sized organisations.You excel at influencing and building connections with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners.Your Technical Skills Include:Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Office Suite, particularly Excel, OneNote, and Teams.Strong communication and reporting capabilities.Experience with Adobe Suite for signage and graphic packages.Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent design software.Ready to Make a Difference?If you're excited about shaping the future of Medibank's property portfolio and driving innovative projects, we'd love to hear from youApplications close on November 22nd.Imagine working with usWe understand that work means different things to everyone...
