We're looking for a passionate Retail Project Manager ready to elevate their career in an evolving retail food environment.

WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL Take charge of projects that range from refurbishing our existing stores to shaping the future of new store builds.Work closely with shopfitters, designers, and cross-functional teams to achieve excellent results.Be part of a dynamic, supportive team environment that values your development and expertise.A chance to grow your career within a legacy brand that's committed to innovation and sustainability.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end project management for store refurbishments, rebranding initiatives, and occasional new builds.Collaborate with designers, shopfitters, trades, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.Monitor and manage project costs, timelines, and compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, quality solutions.Contribute to the evolution of Ferguson Plarre stores, including innovative concepts like drive-thru formats or specialty kitchens.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The successful candidate will:
Have experience in project management, ideally in retail, shopfitting, or hospitality.Be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage a variety of projects.Have demonstrable knowledge of retail branding, signage, and customer-focused design elements.Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, trades and suppliers.Show proven expertise in budget and timeline management, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Demonstrate a proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of retail projects.Show passion for innovation and continuous improvement.YOUR GROWTH PATH This isn't just another job; it's a step toward a thriving career.
