Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)
The Co-Group is looking for a passionate Aged and Disability Support Worker in Maroubra for services Monday-Friday 11am-6pm. As a Support Worker, you will be required to support participants with daily living activities, including (but not limited to): domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, community access, assisting with medication, and companionship. The successful candidate: FEMALE due to client preferenceAvailable to work: Monday-Friday 11am-6pmMust be confident to do client transportIs empathetic with a person-centered approach when supporting clients and participantsHas excellent communication and documentation skillsIs willing to provide all aspects of supportRequirements: A valid Driver's License (P1 and above) and access to a reliable, insured carNDIS Worker Check (for paid employment)Working With Children Check (for paid employment)First Aid and CPR (must be current or willing to obtain)What we offer: Regular shifts: Monday-Friday 11am-6pmSalary Packaging (up to $15,900, + meal/entertainment benefit $2650 per year)Be supported in your roleHow to Apply: If this sounds like a position you would be interested in, please click APPLY NOW.
