As our new Senior Manager - Investment Capability Resilience, you will lead the development of our investment capability planning function, ensuring our investment strategies remain resilient and adaptable to growth, market changes, and regulatory shifts.
You'll oversee due diligence frameworks for internally managed investments, focusing on member benefits, efficiency, and superior investment outcomes.
Day to day, you'll: Develop and lead Australian Retirement Trust's long-term investment capability strategy. Lead capability enhancement initiatives, including investment process internalisation. Assess and implement due diligence frameworks for internally managed assets. Manage strategic relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration across investment teams. Work closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and integrate new technologies. This role is permanent opportunity, based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Other key skills we are looking for include:
Extensive experience in investment management or strategic planning. Tertiary qualification in finance, investments, commerce, or economics. Strong understanding of financial markets and portfolio construction. Deep knowledge of Australian superannuation industry. Proven track record in investment capability development. Strategic thinking with practical implementation ability. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. Advanced analytical and research skills.
