As we continue to grow, we're expanding our dynamic sales team with a focus on individuals experienced in high-volume, fast-paced phone-based sales.
The Role
As a Learning Advisor, you'll connect with parents to offer personalised tutoring solutions for their children.
Your focus will be on outbound B2C phone-based sales with warm, qualified leads.
What you'll do:
High-volume outbound sales calls to parents eager to find the right educational support for their children.
Use your consultative sales skills to identify and address learning needs.
Convert leads quickly and efficiently in a short sales cycle.
Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage and organize leads within Salesforce to maximize conversion rates.
Meet and exceed ambitious monthly KPIs.

About You
We're looking for enthusiastic, high-performing sales consultants with:
Proven experience in high-volume, outbound B2C phone sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
Success in achieving and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close deals quickly.
Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
A passion for helping others and contributing to student success.
A self-motivated, driven mindset with a desire to excel.
Requirements
Located in Sydney NSW with valid Australian working rights.
Ability to commute to the Sydney CBD office 3 days a week.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
