As a key player in optimizing procurement processes, the Procurement Specialist ensures the seamless availability of goods and services essential to TZV's objectives.The role involves overseeing sourcing events, identifying cost-saving opportunities, creating competitive environments, negotiating with suppliers, and managing contracts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement function.This position requires advanced commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value or high-risk sourcing activities. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for delivering value for money outcomes across all TZV business units while adhering to procurement policies, procedures, and Victorian Government Procurement Board principles.
