About the Role The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving revenue growth by bringing new Enterprise customers to MYOB. You'll join a dynamic and innovative sales team dedicated to showcasing how MYOB can solve business challenges and deliver value for our customers. By following the MYOB Sales process, you'll work to exceed sales targets, improve conversion rates, and streamline the sales cycle.
What will keep you busy... Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by delivering customer value and driving new business growthDevelop and maintain a Territory Management Plan to focus efforts and maximise resultsProactively manage your sales pipeline with effective planning, forecasting, and gap-filling strategiesBuild and nurture new business networks for lead generation, including using leads from the demand generation teamManage the sales process end-to-end, from qualification to closing, using a value-based approachPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate customer value, supported by Sales Enablement toolsMaintain accurate records and stay up to date with product, competitor, and industry knowledgeWhat we'd love to see from you... Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or account management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environmentFamiliarity with CRM software and knowledge of MYOB Enterprise products is advantageous but not essentialStrong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholdersHighly organised, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targetsDemonstrated ability to build effective relationships and deliver customer-focused solutionsSkilled in sales techniques such as rapport building, needs analysis, objection handling, and negotiationA positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to prioritise work and deliver results independentlyOur Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
