Two Full-time (100%), fixed-term positions for up to 3 years.Base salary will be in the range $89,861.38 - $96,402.32 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6).There are two positions available within Queensland Brain Institute (QBI) to become a Project Officer.
You will support the delivery of projects by completing a range of activities including coordinating project planning, project communication, stakeholder engagements, project documentation, project deliverables, and other duties as required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the successful delivery and administration of all aspects of the project cycle, including planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation, while developing and maintaining project-related standard operating procedures and ensuring standards and logistics.Coordinate the development and management of project documentation, organise and support the delivery of project-related activities, events, consultation activities, and meetings, and undertake complex data entry, retrieval, and document management.Utilise project-management software and applications, including REDCap and Qualtrics, to facilitate project tasks.Coordinate project communication and a range of administrative activities to support the project team, including drafting emails, documents, and other materials, as well as providing general project-related committee support.Utilise a range of desktop-based programs and management information systems to facilitate project tasks and support the project team.Coordinate stakeholder engagements, including planning, developing materials, facilitating participation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain important client relationships.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.
